Oliver's Vintage Whisky Cask 2021 Cider
Medium, dry still vintage cider.
Oliver's Vintage Fine Cider is a cider blended from the best barrels from the 2021 harvest. This iteration is a selection of old American oak casks from the many types of whiskey there are in the United States, making it rich and heady. The charring, the oak barrel and the bittersweet apples bring a very different character to the cider. However, one thing remains the same, as it warms in the glass, so the flavours develop in the mouth. This is a memorable, engaging, dry, still cider.
Serve it as an aperitif or digestif ideally, but will also pair with most sweet and savoury foods.
