Intellego 'The Pink Moustache' Rosé
More a very pale red, rather than a rosé, this wine is a blend of 5-month-fermented Syrah and 4-day-fermented Cinsault (on the skins, giving the wine its colour). Fruity and complex, there are plenty of berry and floral notes, underlined by only light tannic notes and acidity.
Light wine, but pairs well with beef and lamb dishes, spicy food and hard cheeses such as Gruyere and Cheddar.

London Deliveries are made in our sturdy shop carrier bags. If you would like your order boxed, please leave us a note as you check out.
All subscriptions are delivered free using our national overnight service.
