Proper raw, unpasteurised Kimchi, meaning it's bursting with probiotics, prebiotics and that unmistakable spicy flavour.
Fermented for 7 days, The North Shop kimchi isn't over-funky, and retains a lovely freshness and balance between its ingredients. We think it's the best on the market.
Enjoy it as it comes, or added to your favourite Asian dishes or casseroles. It makes a great addition to any cheeseboard too.
The North Shop Kimchi is entirely handmade, in very small batches in North London, using high quality, authentic ingredients, and fermented using no artificial preservatives or flavours.
Keep in the fridge and consume within one month after opening.

Our standard delivery charge for orders under £50 is £8 to any address in mainland Great Britain on an overnight service. Orders of £50 or more are delivered for free using this service.
Whilst most orders do arrive on the chosen date, we rely on a third party provider and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Your order may arrive 1-2 days after your preferred date. This is more likely at very busy times, particularly Christmas.
If you live within 8 miles of our Chelsea shop you may wish to use our local London Delivery service? The cost for this ranges from £6 to £19, depending on distance, and you can choose a delivery as soon as within the next hour or so, to a named one-hour slot and a date up to 6 months in the future. London Deliveries are made in our sturdy shop carrier bags. If you would like your order boxed, please leave us a note as you check out.
All subscriptions are delivered free using our national overnight service.
If you'd like to collect your order, simply choose 'Shop Collection' at the checkout, and a time and date that's convenient for you.

We send our national online orders in one of our brown cardboard gift boxes. Orders using our local service are delivered in our shop carrier bags, unless there's a gift message, in which case we'll pack it in a box for you.
Everything inside the box will be cushioned and insulated with wood wool.
All the packaging we use to send our online orders can be re-used, is biodegradable or fully recyclable.
